Seminar "Success Factor Emotional intelligence"
The ability to deal with emotions is valuable for everyone, whether they lead a big corporation or a small team, whether they are university students or professors. The most important prerequisite is that the person is open to and eager to discover this inner process.
The series of workshops developed around the EQ-i 2.0 model train 15 competencies of emotional intelligence from the following five areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management.
These competencies allow the individual to handle emotions and interpersonal interactions successfully. They are indispensable in the workplace and in private life.
