The EQ-i 2.0 und EQ 360 assessments is a scientifically validated instrument of emotional intelligence which has been on the market for over 25 years. The core of this tool builds the EQ-i model initially developed by Reuven Bar-On. The EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments create a profile of the 15 EI competencies that make up a person’s emotional intelligence quotient.
