EQ-i 2.0 Higher Education
The Higher Education report was especially developed for young people and students, whether in university, college, or professional education. Like any EQ-i 2.0 report, the Higher Education is intended to measure an individual’s Emotional Intelligence and help young people better understand the relationship between emotions and their academic achievements. As research shows, academic success is determined not by cognitive intelligence alone, but to a great extent by emotional and social skills. These skills are the competencies of Emotional Intelligence and underpin a student’s ability to keep up with the demands of a new academic environment, navigate an adult life full of uncertainties and challenges, live independently, and develop new friendships.
