What personal information we hold

As a service provider for training, assessment, and coaching, we hold the personal data of our clients necessary to conduct the requested services. We hold the following personal information of our clients:

  • Contact details – first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address
  • Financial details – bank details for invoicing
  • Professional details – company name, position, company address
  • Psychometrical data – assessment test results

How we receive the data

The personal data that we receive is provided to us directly by you in any of the following ways:

  • through the contact form on our website
  • via your email requests
  • by telephone
  • in person

When services are provided on the request of a third party we may receive your personal data from the party requesting the service.

We keep your personal data:

  • to fulfil contractual obligations with our clients
  • when it is legally required
  • for research purposes in an anonymized format

How we use and who has access to your personal data

We use your personal data exclusively to deliver services requested by you. Only EQ Power employees involved in delivering services can access your personal data. Your psychometrical data is stored by a third-party provider in a manner that fully complies with the GDPR guidelines. We do not sell your personal data; nor do we transfer it to any third party other than to sub-contractors involved in delivering requested services.

How long we retain your data

We retain your personal data until you notify us to erase it.

Your personal data rights

You can request to see all personal data of yours that we retain. You can request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative or legal purposes.
